The Descent Released

A darker breed of poetry has found a home in The Descent. Poetry for the Halloween season is no available.

What other authors and poets have said about DL Mullan's poetry:

"My favourites? A difficult choice from such a varied collection. The collection, Death Replies to Emily Dickinson, The Owl, certainly, but if I had to pick out two (can't settle on just one), it would be Breathe and Waiting for you, this last one was very moving and beautifully composed."

"As a teenager I dined off Poe and Dickinson and I love this stuff, I have read about ten, of all of them I think identity is my favourite, you manage to convey so much in so few words, yes, I know that is the point of poetry, but you do this very effectively, offering us words that set the imagination scurrying ahead, constructing a path in the blackness just as we step out onto it."
